Hi Marily, So glad you enjoyed the highlights. It is always FUN to look back. It inspires you to look ahead! Elsa is 10 months old and doing really well. She is so big and beautiful. She will be a replacement heifer for our cow herd.

I enjoyed the highlights as well. After I leave this comment, I am going back to look at some of your posts from this year. I always enjoy your posts regardless of the topic! So I need to make sure that I didn't miss anything. :)

LuAnn, So many beautiful quilts and I love all of the zip bags. You've made lots of progress this year. Looking forward to seeing what you do next year! Happy New Year!

LuAnn
I am always impressed by all the beautiful work you do on top of the ranch work. So I wanted to see, if I could impress myself as well!!!!! I finished 12 UFO's, finished 5 new projects and finished 6 12X12 word challenges with my bee. I also have 3 quilts that still need a binding. That is more than I thought.
ReplyDeleteI remember Elsa's story and am so glad she is doing so well. No wonder she will be a good future mama in your herd; she certainly have stamina and resilience. You gave us an update earlier this year I believe, but how are the two calves, of which one was a dairy calf (now all grown-up) that your raised on the bottle doing? This was also such a sweet story.
Happy New Year, Annick
Congrats Annick on your finishes....it is a wonderful feeling of completion! Give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it. The two bottles calves, Marv and Big Vern will be 7 years old in March. They are enormous. I see them every morning when we feed them. They live in the field with our bulls and they all get along so well.
DeleteMy Best To You,
LuAnn
