Those bed frames that I have been painting...
We put a few, to act as a fence, in the front flower bed.
Pansies
Bed Frame Fence
Flower bed in front of the house...
The deer having been pruning our newly planted burning bushes!
We had to get serious about putting up barriers around them.
These seem to be doing the trick...
This is how Gunnr spends his day...
Chicken Patrol
We are spraying with copper every 7 days to suppress the "Fire" bacteria which is slowly destroying the flowers.
When the weather reaches into the 70's, the bacteria will become dormant, and the flowers have a chance of surviving into the summer months....
This garden ball seems to be inspiring a quilt....
It would be fun to free motion quilt all over this!
Garden Art
Fiddle Head Ferns
The "Fire" Bacteria has spread from the Tulips to the Asian Lilies and now to the Iris bed. You can see on this leaf how it destroys the leaf, and eventually the entire plant.
We continue to spray with the copper and remain optimistic...
An Iris bloomed today...
