In the early morning hours...

I love the way the sunlight filters

across the flower beds...

Some of the blooms remain shaded,

while others are lit up in the morning sunshine...

  1. That blue and yellow hydrangea caught my breath. It's gorgeous!
I am going to have to schedule some "me" time and just go through all of your tutorials. Those zippered bags look like something I really need to make for my Make it Forward with my nieces and daughter.
(I think my oldest niece was trying her best to get me sewing again, and I think the tutorial might just give me that extra shove I desperately need!)

  2. Hello, LuAnn!
It is true that you made a phantastic tutorial for the zipper-bags!! I made them - just 5 as you - last autumn for a benefit event for our village's home for the elderly. Following your instructions, it was very easy!
Thank you so much and best wishes!

  3. Thank you so much for sharing your tutorials. Now I will be checking them out. I actually thought your apple cores were card stock thread winders/holders. Lovely I say. Hydrangeas are one of my very favorite flowers and yours are beautiful. Creative Hearts are Happy Hearts...
