Face Masks and Turkey Vultures...

I found this FUN candy corn fabric

and turned it into face masks...

Candy Corn Face Masks

Just in time for.....Candy Corn time !

The Turkey Vultures arrived here in

Western Oregon last March

For seven months they nest here, raise their young
and fill our skies with their beautiful flight...

It is now September and they are preparing
to fly south to warm weather...

We were on our way over to the cow barns
to feed the cow herd and here were
the Turkey Vultures all in a row solar bathing...

I think they were saying good-bye...

We'll see you next Spring.

  1. Love your turkey buzzards!!! Just one more sign that we are heading into autumn and winter. I hope the smoke has cleared for you and that you stay safe from the fires.
