Life in the hay fields continues....
The hay bales are piling up...
Before the hay can be baled...
it must be raked
The mowed hay is dried,
then raked into windrows...
You can better see the windrows here...

the baler follows behind and picks up the hay
Today I am driving an open air Ford tractor:
The implement on the back is a hay rake...
looks more like a carnival ride to me.
Here is a close up of the rake teeth...
they rake the hay into a windrow
Lots and lots of raking and baling today.
