I Love You to the Moon....

Time for FUN...

I installed the straight stitch throat plate

and the open toe free motion foot...

The I Love You to the Moon panel is

basted and ready to go under the needle...

I plan to stitch feathers everywhere!

Now that was a blast!

I had no plan...

I just followed the lines of the words

and stitched feathers.

If you need a free motion quilting hit...

grab a panel and quilt to your hearts' content!

The Quilting Makes the Quilt!

Farm Life...

Mama Cow with her Twin calves

We continue to try and convince her that she wants BOTH calves, but she prefers the heifer calf and shoves the bull calf away...

The second set of twin calves are doing well and their mama is taking good care of both of them.

Here is a video of Mama and Babies:

I have to say several years ago I got tired of seeing all the 'feathers' on quilts...but for some reason your feathers ALWAYS make the quilt!!! Love how you incorporated the feathers in this panel! So clever and even though they are feathers they don't look like feathers!! HA

Love your Goodnight Moon!! I do not have a clue how anyone can quilt on a sewing machine!!! So impressive and totally out of my skill set!!! Mama and babies are so cute...so glad the other mama wants both of her calves!

What do you do if she rejects the bull calf?
