Beautiful countryside. I had no idea the ear tags were to keep flies off! And Freckles seems like he could be a handful!

Hi Vivian,
Freckles is a sweet and gentle horse.
Her pasture mate, Dancer, died a little over a year ago and she misses him terribly. She has now attached herself to the calves and doesn't want to be without them.
Brad walked across the river and led her back home later in the day.

Before I even heard one note, I knew you were going to pick perfect music to coincide with your beautiful photos and you chose 3 of my all time favorites...ever. All that green made me weep. We are so dry that you would be hard pressed to find a green blade anywhere. Makes your photos for spring works much more picturesque than mine.

I enjoyed the yearling herding and tagging. What a beautiful place you live in!

I so enjoyed your slide show this morning - we are working our cows and calves to take to pasture today so was quite appropriate but I am not fit to help with my gimpy ankle like you do. The cattle will be trucked to our 4 pastures next week as they vary from 3 miles away to 35 miles away from here. Your background scenery is just so beautiful - we just don't have the trees here plus it is pretty flat land here where we live.
