This is what the design wall looked like
in February...
All of the applique' blocks are up on the
design wall in a random, scrappy order.
I think I can do better...
I decided to group the blocks by color family:
Purples
Pinks
Reds
Blues
Grouping the blocks by color works for me...
I have more blue orange peels and flying geese
and also some yellows...
My sewing table waits for me...

I really like the idea to break the quilt up in its colour components, then play with the layout. It looks great as far!
