Idaho Quilting Retreat...

Time for a road trip...

After a 10 hour drive we arrived in Idaho

I am at the Bossom Buddies Quilt Retreat

This is my home away from home

for the next week

I plan to piece my Double Wedding Ring Quilt

into rows...

I brought along my Vintage Singer 185K

so she could stretch her legs for a few days!

I spent several hours getting my rings up on the

design wall...

I am ready to begin piecing this into a quilt top

Enough rings leftover for a runner...

This is the hallway leading to the bedrooms.

At the end of the hall is the large work space

where we will be sewing.

My first row is coming together nicely...

We jumped out of bed each morning and went right to our

sewing machines...  still in our jammies!

Yes, that is snow falling behind us through the window.

Dawn is playing with a puppy

that belongs to the camp host.

Linda is quilting on FISH...

How FUN are these?

Quilting from the back side...

A well-loved Quilt...

We all wore tattoos...

  1. Looks like you had fun. What a great facility. Where is it located. Our group in the Spokane area is looking for a new place to meet.
