Scribble Stitching.....Happy Camper

My entire life is organized with Sticky Notes...

Most of my quilt designs begin

with a Sticky Note...

This Sticky Note evolved into

an actual pattern...

Happy Camper......Pattern

Just a glue stick holds the fabric pieces

onto the background square.

Happy Camper is now ready for some

scribble stitching...

Scribble Stitching.....complete

These polka dot fabrics are calling to me...

Yes, another Happy Camper is born...

Happy Campers......Scribble Stitching

This is the back side of scribble stitching

This is an image I captured this morning

while driving the feed wagon:

I am driving the feed wagon...

the Cowboy is on the back flaking off hay...

Dresden Quilt....Under the Needle

I am in the Thread Shed this morning...

The Dresden Plate quilt is.....under the needle

I am doing a little ruler work...

crosshatching the center of the dresden plate

Feather Plumes on the dresden plates

as well as in the white background square...

I am still trying to decide what will be quilted

in the pink sashing...

This is an extra block I quilted recently:

I think the feather vine in the pink sashing

is a bit over the top....hmmm.

I will skip the pink sashing

and continue with the dresden block quilting

for now.

There is a lot going on in the Thread Shed

and it shows...

The Sweet Sixteen sit down long arm is on the
left side of the room...

The Big Board on the right, is full of supplies
for 3 classes I am developing for 2020...

Straight ahead is my main work table
where I have been scribble stitching
the last few weeks...

Piles of fabrics and charm squares

I am using for scribble stitching...

This is where I sit at the main work table...

It gives me a good view of the design wall

directly across the room.

I also have a good view of our red barn...

this is where the goats live,

they are good company for me.

This is the view from the other side

of the work table...

Looking across the river,

you can see some of the cows...

Through the dirty window,

here is a close up of a few of the cows.

I took this photo this morning

while driving the hay wagon

while feeding cows:

This is my view through the windshield...

The cowboy is on the back flaking off hay...

the cows get very excited and RUN to the hay!

For now I will continue quilting...

I will let the pink sashing work itself out later.

Scribble Stitching....Continues

Each morning after the cattle are fed,

I try and get out to the Thread Shed

for a little.....Scribble Stitching

The blue fabric has been backed with

fusible stabilizer....to avoid puckers

The black thread accentuates the

Scribble Stitching...

It is time to turn these stitch panels into bags...

I had time today to finish up a

Tote Bag and a Zipper Case...

Super FUN !
