Baby Quilt 2......Hexagon Paper Pieced



This is the next baby quilt...




I am using the English Paper Piecing technique...







The papers are lightly glued onto the fabric...

The glue will wash right out

when it is laundered.





This is the fabric I used to pull all of the

other fabrics from...







The hexagons are basted

and ready to stitch together...














Depression Era Reproduction 1930 fabrics...

Just so you can see...

these are very large 3 inch hexagons...

this quilt should hand piece together quickly!

  2. What a great quilt that is going to be. I'm working with 1" hexies and now that I see what you are doing with these large ones I'm tempted to go bigger too. Love this!!
