Raw Edge Baby Quilt......Progress

Day 3.....Baby Quilts

I am piecing corner triangles

onto all of the heart blocks

This quilt has turquoise triangles

that create a block on point.

This quilt has gray triangles

Time to audition the inner border fabrics:

The center triangles begged

for more gray fabrics...

I followed suit with the turquoise fabrics

I begin piecing the inner borders

onto the quilt top...

Something is bugging me...

I start removing and replacing hearts on the quilt

on the right side of the photo.

This is what the quilt on the right side looks like now:

Ahhhh.....it doesn't bug me any longer.

I took all of the pinks out......much better.

More to Come!

  3. Hi Kathleen,

I have no way to reply to you. When you leave a comment on blogger you do not leave your email address so I cannot contact you. You are what they call a No Reply Comment. If you email me at kessi@pioneer.net, we can discuss how I made the quilt. You can also change your settings in blogger so that I can see your email address and reply to you directly from my blog.

    Bye For Now,

  5. Hi Lynne,

The next time I make one of these I will take a few images so I can post them and share. We are getting ready to cut our hay fields so I am cutting it close to get the machine quilting done before I am out in the hay fields and all of my quilting time is gone for the summer months......eek!

    My Best To You,
