Floral Coasters.....Class Prep

The P2P Instructors are preparing for a

floral coaster class in April...

Travertine Tiles from Home Depot

Personal Flower Images on glossy photo paper

Kathi chooses 4 flower images

We traced around the plastic template

with a sharpie fine tip marker

then cut out each image on the marked lines

LuAnn's 4 images

Debbie's 4 images

Place adhesive felt dots on the back side

of the tiles

Using Mod Podge,

coat the top side of the tiles

The P2P instructors are getting down

with the Mod Podge !

Place the image on the tile...

then allow a few minutes for drying time

Then, coat the top of the image 

with Mod Podge,

allow it to dry...

then add a 2nd coat of Mod Podge

Kathi uses the hair dryer to speed up

the drying time......it worked great !

No experience is necessary to participate.
All supplies are provided for the students.
Classes are held the 4th Thursday of each month at JanniLou Creations Quilt Shop, Philomath, OR
