Improv....Technique 2

I am working out of my scrap bag today...

I want to try creating Improv Flying Geese...

The goose rectangle is cut 5 1/5  x  3 1/2 inches

The background triangles can be cut from a 5

inches square or whatever triangles

you have in your scrap bag.

I had to really work at getting these

wonky shaped.

Do you see that pile of scraps

leftover from making the flying geese?

When you are not looking...

that pile of scraps breeds !

That pile of scraps turns into...

Baby Improv Flying Geese !

These were lots of FUN!

  4. I have no big plans for the Improv Flying Geese.....just wanted to play with the technique. Thought they might work in an abstract quilt design someday.
