This was quilted on my
Sweet Sixteen Sit-Down Long Arm Machine
I couldn't resist covering it with feathers!
This is a very basic free motion feather design
This is the back side of the Zinnia Quilt:
I sketch out the feather design in my Sketch Book
then again on a dry erase board several times.
That reinforces the feather design in my mind
before I stitch the quilt.

ReplyDeleteI just had to share with you. I saw your quilt previously and fell in love. I had to make my own rendition of it, which will eventually be quilted. The color in the picture is horrible, but you will get the idea.
