Demo: Painting over the Waxed Fabric:
Spray water to wet fabric…..slightly
We are using Setacolor Paints
Dilute 1 part paint to 4 parts water…
Setacolor Paints
No fabrics were safe from the hot wax women!
Students applying paint of hot waxed fabrics…
The waxed areas resist the paint
Setting up a fan to help dry the painted fabrics…
When dry, the fabrics are heat set with an iron,
then washed in a HOT washing machine to remove wax.

I am amazed at your collection of potato mashers! I just got a new one at a thrift store yesterday, can't wait to try it. I have been collecting cookie cutters, metal or plastic. check the "Dollar Store" I really like the circle in a square napkin ring. I will be looking at everything differently now. You have given me great ideas!
