The Bubbles & Blooms quilt is the last large quilt I need to complete for the September exhibit. Tomorrow I will finish up the binding...then move on to a few journal quilts that need some work. I am looking forward to working small for awhile.

  1. I'm really enjoying seeing this quilt come together and get finished. I think I'll try large flowers like that sometime

  2. Your machine quilting skills are beautiful. It looks like you've mastered free-form, free-motion. No small task as your eyes and brain have to move a bit faster than your hands and feet. Great job! Very impressive. I sure understand why you'll appreciate working on something smaller for a change of pace.

Pink binding is the way to go. Thanks for sharing your work, and flowers, with us.

  4. Hi Stitch-n-quilt,
I do hope you will try large flowers......just draw out one flower petal as a pattern and you are ready to go.

    Hi Linda,
Thank you for your kind words.
    The quilt measures 63 x 75 inches

    Hi Vicki,
