There are so many deer here, their natural food source, that they have plenty to eat and do not go after domestic livestock.

All The Best,
LuAnn
LuAnn Kessihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05452504557094310816noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4713159193159889633.post-48196727846389780212017-05-27T23:24:12.135-07:002017-05-27T23:24:12.135-07:00Lots of awesome critters live with you on the farm...Lots of awesome critters live with you on the farm!! Do you ever have trouble with cougars and your goats or calves? One night hubby went outside at our farm and saw eyes at the end of our driveway...too big to be our barn cats or a coyote, too low to the ground to be deer...it was a cougar! He ran back into the house, grabbed a rifle and went out on his four-wheeler to try to find it (scared me that he was hunting it in the dark!) but luckily it disappeared too quickly. They are amazing animals but it took me a while to feed the horses without being armed, just in case!Farm Quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01670652033638218941noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4713159193159889633.post-36247649703682648982017-05-27T12:07:42.690-07:002017-05-27T12:07:42.690-07:00Feel like I just watched an a for NATGEO!Feel like I just watched an a for NATGEO!Robbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13506964994589004458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4713159193159889633.post-63886447106343050902017-05-27T11:59:14.337-07:002017-05-27T11:59:14.337-07:00It looks like the bobcat is a frequent visitor.
