Here is our inspiration:

Creating with Alcohol Inks

Adirondack Alcohol Inks

It was a very colorful day for the Art Sisters!

We are playing on Glossy Photo Paper

Alcohol Inks on Glossy Photo Paper...

then I added blending solution.

We used drinking straws to blow and spread the ink

across the paper

We spread hand sanitizer on the paper:

then added the alcohol ink on top of the hand sanitizer...

The drops of ink stay in circles and don't spread out as much.

We spread watered down glue on the paper:

then dropped the alcohol ink on top of the glue...

the ink stayed where you put it, not as much blending.

Then we pulled out the plastic wrap:

We covered the alcohol ink with scrunched up plastic wrap...

this needs to dry completely before the plastic is removed.

We created lots of papers to use in future projects!

Happy Valentines!

The card was created by Virginia

using glossy photo paper  covered in alcohol inks...

she also baked the cookies.....yum!
